We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, we want and expect you to have sprayed your fragrance a few times. It must also be in it's original packaging.
To start a return:
1: Go to the "my account" section on our website and enter the email you used to purchase your item, then log in. (Or send us an email with your order number as the subject line to owen@oakleyscents.co.uk)
2: Identify the order you want to return and select "open return"
3: Submit your return request with us.
4: We will then send a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label via email, print off the label, pack your order and send it back to us.
5: Once we receive your item we will refund your order provided it's in a sellable condition, the entire process usually takes less than 7 days from request to payment.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Taking pictures or videos as soon as you notice a defect will help.
Exchanges
If you'd like to swap you fragrance for another one that's no problem, when opening your returns request, let us know that you'd like a swap instead of a refund, let us know which item you'd like and proceed to step 3. Once we receive your fragrance back we'll send out your new one free of charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on us receiving your item back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
